The 53’ Groundhog is a fully engineered, rifle-rated modular/containerized shooting range built for agencies, commercial operators, and serious training environments. Designed for durability, safety, and long-term value, this system delivers uncompromising performance in a compact, turnkey footprint.

Featuring three shooting lanes with an 10-yard range, including the Caliber Turning Target Retrieval System with Master Controller, the Groundhog is protected by 360° ballistic steel and sound-deadening Rubber Wall Treatment, creating a safer, quieter shooting environment for both shooters and surrounding facilities.
Operator areas are built for real-world use and asset protection, featuring butcher’s block shooter shelves, a steel control desk with butcher’s block top and laser-burned MRT logo. 

Environmental control is handled by MRT’s engineered HEPA filtration system, delivering industry-leading particle filtration up to 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns, with a fully enclosed design designed to protect shooters, staff, and equipment.
