The customer reached out because they were looking to improve overall officer proficiency beyond basic marksmanship. While accuracy was important, their primary goal was to enhance decision-making and real-world readiness.
They needed a training solution that could support scenario-based exercises, including shoot/no-shoot situations, allowing officers to train under more realistic and dynamic conditions. The focus was on building better judgment, faster response times, and safer outcomes in the field.
Ultimately, they were seeking a controlled environment that would elevate both shooting skills and critical thinking under pressure.
We provided a Road King, a 53' dry van mobile shooting range designed to deliver a flexible, scenario-capable training environment.
This unit features a 1–10 yard Caliber hard rail target retrieval system, with one lane extended to support 15-yard shooting, allowing for both close-quarters drills and extended-distance training. The range is equipped with a rubber block bullet trap and rubber wall treatment, providing enhanced durability, ricochet protection, and simplified maintenance under high-use conditions.
Additional features include a sealed rubber floor for safety and ease of cleaning, along with portable stairs for quick and efficient deployment at various locations.
The result is a mobile, adaptable training platform capable of supporting both precision marksmanship and dynamic, scenario-based exercises in a controlled environment.
